Water SystemIf you want to connect your residence or commercial building to the municipal water system, you must complete le formulaire de demande pour permis de raccordement (only available in french) and visit the municipal office to pay the frontage and administration fees associated with a request for a connection permit, which are calculated as follows:
- $ 25.00 / linear foot up to a maximum of $ 2,500.00 for all new constructions that are served or will be served, before the end of construction, by the municipal water distribution network
- You will also be charged an administration fee of $ 10.00 that must be paid before the permit is issued.

Damaged Water Pipes
To report a damaged water pipe, please contact the municipality at (506) 525-4020 and follow the instructions.
Flushing of the Water Distribution System
The flushing of the water distribution system is done every year. This could cause water discoloration and a slight reduction in water pressure. A notice will be posted on the website home page, on the municipality's Facebook page as well as in the Info Saint-Antoine before the work begins to inform citizens.
Sewer SystemIf you would like to have your residence or commercial building connected to the municipal sewer system, you must complete le formulaire de demande pour permis de connexion (only available in French) and visit the municipal office to pay the frontage fee associated with a request for a connection permit, which are calculated as follows:
- $ 10.00 / linear foot up to a maximum of $ 1,200.00 for all new constructions that are served or will be served, before the end of construction, by the municipal sanitary sewer system
- You will also be charged an administration fee of $ 10.00 that must be paid before the permit is issued.

Cleaning of the Sewer SystemCleaning of the Sewer System Municipal employees flush the sanitary sewer system annually. Citizens are advised to keep toilet lids closed when not in use. A notice will be posted on the home page of the website, on the municipality's Facebook as well as in the Info Saint-Antoine before the work begins to inform citizens.
Water and Sewer TaxesFor the fiscal year 2021, the rates for residential water and sewer is $ 135.00 every four months, which represents $ 55.00 for sewer and $ 80.00 for water. Invoices are sent at the end of each quarter (January, April, July and October). PaymentsWater and sewer invoices can be paid in various forms:
- Online on Service NB's website
- Municipal office with cheque, cash, debit or credit card
- Accès D system for members of UNI Financial Cooperation
- Cheque payable to Village of Saint-Antoine by mail at 4556 Principale Street, Suite 300 Saint-Antoine, NB E4V 1R3
- By phone at (506) 525-4020 with a credit card during business hours
